Loopstone Market is a multi-store marketplace. Each store operating on the platform is independently responsible for the products it lists, their accuracy, and their fulfillment. Loopstone Market facilitates checkout, order routing, and payment processing across stores.

2. Orders & Payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase, accepted once confirmed. Prices are shown in USD. In demo/test environments no live payment is collected; production checkout is processed through our payment provider.

3. Shipping & Returns

Shipping timelines and return policies may vary by store and are noted on the product page where applicable. Contact the store or our support team for order issues.

4. Merchant Accounts

Store owners are responsible for accurate inventory, pricing, and timely fulfillment. Loopstone Market may suspend a store's listings for policy violations or repeated fulfillment failures.

5. Account Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
